Just 8 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Marina di Ugento, immersed in a landscape of olive trees, fruit trees, and Mediterranean scrub, Villa Rosalorè stands as a true gem of rustic elegance and sophistication. The outdoor spaces have been designed to enhance the beauty of the surrounding nature, offering a refuge away from the daily hustle and bustle. With air conditioning and Wi-Fi, Villa Rosalorè has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12/13 people.

The impressive farmhouse-style facade hides the pool behind it, surrounded by furniture resulting from careful restoration work. The choice of materials reflects an exemplary taste, with combinations and details that embrace a philosophy of sobriety and minimalism.

The charm of the saltwater pool, the solarium equipped with comfortable chairs and loungers with a relaxing view, and the charming covered veranda offer shelter and freshness during outdoor meals, comfortably prepared in the kitchen area with a stove, sink, and built-in barbecue: every outdoor space is conceived for pleasure and relaxation.

The interiors are characterized by soft colors with an antique flavor. The furnishings, a minimalist reinterpretation of typical elements of Salento culture, create a unique atmosphere. The open entrance of the villa with a dining room, lounges next to the TV and reading area, and a minimal but well-equipped kitchen, is completed by a convenient service bathroom with laundry facilities.

Two corridors lead to the bedrooms, arranged on both sides of the villa. On one side, a double bedroom and one with a French bed (140 cm), both with private bathroom/shower; on the other side, two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom (one of which has an open shower in the room). Through an external staircase, you can access the annex with a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, and a shared bathroom/shower, as well as a small furnished courtyard with a table and chairs.

The entire property is for exclusive use, with no shared areas.

The nearest town is Ugento, just 2 km away, with its charming medieval village and all necessary services, including bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. 8 km away is Torre San Giovanni, the nearest marina, with its promenade and numerous typical venues where you can enjoy excellent seafood. The port offers fish markets to buy fresh fish to cook in the villa, and the beaches have fine sand and crystal clear water.

Thanks to the proximity to the highway, traveling by car is easy, allowing for quick excursions to the south or north.
